The hotel had a lovely ambience and the
Staff were warm and cute. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, but the internet connection was unreliable, quite frustrating .

A cozy stay by the lake
Awoke to the gentle sounds of the lake and the comforting aroma of breakfast wafting through the air. The staff treated us like family.
The noise from the market below disrupted our evenings was great. The promised lake view turned out to be a narrow glimpse, disappointing.

The staff was welcoming and pleasant all the time. The premier room with comfortable beds had basic facilities you need...
The breakfast itself was expensive, can be much better.

It's a low budget hotel with well-equipped and neat rooms. The restaurant serves delicious European food.

The food at the Caesar had a solid variety. The hotel breakfast was nice and Passover dinner was a feast fit for kings! Coupled with the lovely lake view from our room, it was a total vibe. Plus, the staff treated us like VIPs, which just made everything better.

Savoury breakfast and variety of goodies. All in all good location, right by a promenade along the Sea of Galilee one side, the public areas where children must be kept quiet as a policy courtesy to more conservative travelers and Jewish holy sites.

The location of the Caesar is tough to beat--right there on the promenade and the lake. It also provides easy access to 90 (either to the Hula Valley/Golan Heights or toward Jerusalem/Jericho).
The "free parking" is questionable. The free lot fills quickly, and the overflow lot is public (pay on weekdays) parking, which also fills quickly. I went on a weekend and had trouble finding a spot near the hotel. I asked for a room with a lake view, which shouldn't be tough because 99% of the rooms have one. However, my room did not. I was given one of the very few rooms with a balcony view obstructed by the service rooms' tower. The breakfast food is worse than average.

Recommend it for families who want comfort
I remember a day when they surprised us with a free dinner after a long day of exploring, a gesture that definitely left a mark.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for what we got.

View from window. The rest of are very bad!
Hotel needs changes from up till down. We ask staff triple(!) to bring a bed kit to our child. Very bad staff works in breakfast time! They shout (!) on me to change chosen free (!) table - 6 pers - to another 6 pers table but not comfortable. They did not even explain why!!! Strongly recommend to avoid this hotel!

I had a wonderful experience during my three-night stay, especially enjoying the natural volcanic thermal pool and the delicious, diverse buffets at every meal. The welcome gifts of water, pralines, and fruit added a special touch that made us feel really appreciated. I would definitely choose this place again for its impressive amenities!

The location was excellent, right on the Tayelet near the Kineret. The two (2) pools [mineral water and outdoor] were great. There was a nice large gym/exercise facility and spa for massages as well. The lobby was large and comfortable. The breakfasts were also very good and ample. The price was reasonable.
I need to check my emails regularly and the wireless internet service was very sporadic although the staff was cooperative and reset the system each time we called to complain. There is no concierge or travel desk to assist tourists on the premises. The front desk “guessed” when giving directions and gave us incorrect directions as opposed to saying that they did not know. The rooms could use some updating although they were ample in size.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was fine.
The hotel was in need of a remodel -- it looked very 1970. But more importantly, the staff was downright unfriendly. While waiting on me, they interrupted service to wait on other people. They were unhelpful in addressing requests as well (bus schedule, directions). The staff seemed like we were imposing on them by paying $300 a night to stay there. The staff seemed more helpful to Israelis and to religious people. I did not observe any other Americans there. I would never stay there again, and would not recommend the hotel to others either.

friendly, friendly, friendly
The staff here. They were so attentive and genuinely caring! We were gifted with a room upgrade, and the views from our balcony overlooking the gorgeous Lake of Galilee were amazing! Enjoying the superb breakfast, each morning was like a feast, and the outdoor pools were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The stunning view of the lake from our room was a highlight. The pools were well-maintained and provided a great spot to relax. I wish the elevators were a bit larger. They felt cramped during busy times.
